With over 28 years of experience — including the last 18 years specializing in workers' compensation underwriting, claims adjusting, payroll reporting, and final audits — I've seen firsthand what happens when financial records are disorganized, and the relief business owners feel when someone finally helps them make sense of it all.
As a bilingual bookkeeper, wife, and mother of five, I understand the importance of trust, communication, and dependable support.
